We are hiring CHIEF ENGINEER / TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER
As a Chief Engineer / Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for customer development project cooperation and technical solutions.
Your Responsibilities
- Define and implement technical solutions in new cabin development projects according to customer requirements and applicable standards
- Customer communication on technical topics
- Manage development teams in new projects and current production engineering activities
You will work as part of the Defense Technology Team and collaborate with various stakeholders, including customers, in-house production, suppliers, subcontractors, and external test laboratories.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics) or equal skills
- Proven experience in managing demanding and versatile technical development projects
- Genuine interest in designing and developing high-quality products and understanding customer requirements
- Strong knowledge of CAD tools and design software
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Willingness to travel for business (20–30 days/year)
- Fluent spoken and written English

- Experience in defense or high-security technology projects and standards
