As we continue to expand, we are looking for a
Sales Manager
to drive our growth in the Finnish market—a key role with significant responsibility and the opportunity to shape Drivex’s future success in Finland.
In this role, you will have full responsibility for Drivex’s sales and marketing activities in Finland. Your mission is to increase sales, strengthen brand presence, and ensure our customers and dealers receive outstanding support and service.
This is a strategic and hands-on role, including:
- Developing and executing sales plans and budgets for the Finnish market
- Building strong, long-term customer relationships through regular visits and proactive engagement
- Representing Drivex at trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer events
- Collaborating closely with the Swedish Sales Manager on pricing and product strategies
- Documenting and reporting on customer activities according to company standards
We are looking for a self-driven, structured sales professional with experience in the construction, machinery, or automotive industry skilled at building trust and driving business forward. You are fluent in Finnish and English languages; good knowledge of Swedish is a plus.
We expect you to have some experience in account management or customer service roles (preferably within technical or industrial solutions). We also value:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proven sales experience in construction, machinery, or automotive sectors
- Ability to work independently and manage your own business area
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within Finland
